Process features

1.The mixing adopts compulsory double-shaft mixer, which enables sufficient and homogeneous blending of materials.

2.Materials are slaked continuously, which comply with the requirements of continuous production, and the slaking period is 3-4 hours.

3.The slaked blended batches are then milled by the edge runner (it place the role of activation, blending, crushing, plasticization and pressing), which increases the compaction of blended batches, improves its performance and therefore improves product quality.

4.FFY600 bidirectional brick press is adopted, which enables pressing on both directions with mould core vibration, resulting in product strength Mpa. 26 pieces of standard bricks are moulded every time, taking 13~16 seconds, which is superior to similar presses in terms of production capacity and product quality.

5.Auto cuber adopts digital positioning and auto control, which enables higher accuracy.

6.The curing period of the autoclave is short, which takes only 7 hours and is characterized by outstanding product quality. The pressure inside the autoclave is ≥1Mpa with the temperature of about 200. The autoclave boasts excellent heat preservation, low steam consumption, and high efficiency of heat. Moreover, hydration and hydrothermal synthesis of raw bricks accelerate at wet hot conditions of over 174, which increases the hydration products in bricksthe content of several hydration products such as CSH(B), C4S5H5 and CSH0.33 will increase. The increase of crystals guarantees the strength and durability of products.
